The idea for this project was birthed by my decision to live a gluten free lifestyle. When I first went gluten free I didn’t really know where to start. I tried different mixtures of spendy gluten free flours to do my baking and the recipes were complicated; many of them failing and even unpalatable. Then it dawned on me that I was overcomplicating it! I found myself drawn to simple, whole food recipes and feel that is hands down the easiest way to start and maintain a gluten free life!
